Stuff Planters Need ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at stuffplantersneed.com and sells digital products and templates for church planters. By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we sell
We offer free resources and paid digital products — including templates, spreadsheets, guides, and automation files. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.
3. License to use our products
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt it for your own church, ministry, or organization. You may edit and customize the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files (in original or modified form) as your own product or as a free download.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party checkout and payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on paid digital products. If a product hasn't saved you time or isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@stuffplantersneed.com and we'll issue a full refund. See our checkout provider's policy for processing times.
6. Not professional advice
Our templates and guides — including bylaws, 501(c)(3) checklists, budgets, donor letters, and tax-related documents — are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship. Laws and IRS requirements change and vary by state. You are responsible for having a qualified attorney, CPA, or advisor review anything legal or financial before you rely on it.
7. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up for or purchase a recommended tool — at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful to church planters. Recommendations are our honest opinion and are not influenced by commission rates.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and products are owned by Stuff Planters Need unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission, except as allowed by the product license in Section 3.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
